Well the Chevron Houston Marathon starts in exactly 1 day, 15 hours and 21 minutes, and I wish it started right now!!! For the last week, I have been continually carb-loading. Basically we marathon runners are supposed to eat 3300 calories every day until the marathon. On top of that, we are barely running at all now — only 3 miles a day, which is much less than we were running just a few weeks ago — because we’re trying to store all our energy for the marathon.
So all of that stored energy equates for a very hyper Lindsay who is having a hard time focusing on anything. I’m ready to run now!
